CSR

Safety, health and the environment

IDS Q8 aspires to achieve world-class standards in quality, environmental, safety, security and health performance, in line with Kuwait Petroleum principles. In order to provide our customers with the highest standards in those areas, Kuwait Petroleum has developed and implemented a SSHE Management System that is applied in every operating unit of the company and secures proper compliance with the following standards: ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Kuwait Petroleum seeks to minimise the environmental impact of its activities in areas where the company operates; it actively builds sensitivity to the environment into every aspect of its business. The SSHE system is embedded in Kuwait Petroleum’s culture and behaviour, with a high commitment to it at all the levels of the organisation, from top to bottom.
